In Phase One we will assess where you're currently at and where you want to be with your diet and food plan. We will work together to create a customized plan of health to help you meet your goals. I'll introduce you to The Model, a coaching tool used to help you manage your mind. We will set you up for success by preparing your pantry with foods that serve your body.

In Phase Two I will guide and support you in sticking to your elimination plan. You will learn about common detox symptoms and what to do if you may be experiencing them. We will be use The Model to help manage your mind around this new way of living and eating. We will use curiosity and playfulness to understand urges and how to allow them.

In Phase Three we will begin to reintroduce some of the foods you have been eliminating. We will use a detailed tracking system to assess which foods cause your body symptoms and which foods do not. This awareness is so crucial to creating your own personal eating protocol that your body will thrive on. Consciously eating for your unique body gifts you the energy & vitality to life your best life!
